Every athlete knows that there’s a chance of injuries in sports. Some injuries are common and relatively mild, like cramping in Cross Country, sprained ankles in Tennis or neck injuries in Water Polo. Other injuries are much more severe, like anterior cruciate ligament tears, concussions or damaged menisci, which sometimes put athletes out of commission for months.
