Fifth Quarter Dance
The annual Fifth Quarter Dance on Oct. 10 was outdoors for the first time. Glow-in-the-dark decorations, such as mason jars and balloons, filled the lunch shelter and the stage where students could take selfies. The dance floor was located in between the 400 building and the lunch shelter.

After a break for dinner catered by Chipotle, there will be a presentation on civic programming. In session three, participants will also be taught emergency response skills and learn the background of 626 Night Market and BikeSGV.
Turnitin.com
Last spring, Humanities teacher Ms. Dawn Neufeld piloted a new program called “Turnitin” to reduce plagiarism in students’ writing. Turnitin uses a large database consisting of millions of web pages, articles and student papers to provide a percentage of originality in the students’ writing. The program is now available schoolwide.
