Fit exercising into your schedule

Almost everyone agrees that exercising is extremely important, and yet it can be difficult to fit into the high school schedule.Instead of filling your schedule with playing games, consider adding in exercises to rejuvenate yourself. Tests come up, dates get planned and somehow, exercising never gets to become a priority. Use these simple methods to stay in shape without taking time away from your other activities.

These are one of my favorite exercises of all time because of their simple structure and high effectiveness. If you want to build your abs, this is the way to go. With just a few minutes, you’ll be feeling the burn that usually takes multiple sit-ups. I also prefer doing these while attempting to memorize vocabulary for a foreign language or English. Say them aloud while doing this exercise to stimulate your memory.
Begin by lying on the ground and pointing your legs straight. Lift your legs together straight up and back down, without touching the ground. Put your hands under your butt to maintain your balance. Continue until you feel sore and take a break. Take the time to quickly go over your vocabulary, before continuing.

Planking while relaxing
Time flies when you’re having fun, and this holds true for exercising. After an exhausting day at school, I like to go home and catch up on my favorite TV shows. Instead of just sitting on your couch, try planking to strengthen your abs, arms and back.
First, lie down on the ground with your belly to the ground. Lift your body by supporting yourself with your arms and hold this position for as long as you can. Before you know it, you’ll have rock-hard abs without realizing it because you’re captivated by the new mystery A has given Aria, Spencer, Hannah and Emily. If you’re just not quite ready to relax, grab a textbook and read while planking.
Kick up and raise your scores
While fixing a quick meal like I did this weekend, I practiced this quick exercise which kept me working out quickly and without much thought.
To work on your calves, simply pretend like you’re tiptoeing and hold the position for a couple of seconds before going back down. Repeat this exercise until you feel the soreness arise. Another easy thing to do while standing is lifting your knee to your waist level and back down, which works out your thighs.
With these simple tips, it’s easy to fit some exercising time so you’ll be able to squeeze into your favorite jeans this holiday
